Hear it for yourself! This is what a few of our employees have to say about our organization.

  • At Adventist Health we are just like a family, where everyone takes the time to encourage and educate one another. I’ve worked at other hospitals, but when I came to Adventist Health, I immediately felt a close-knit bond with my co-workers.

~ Amanda James, Registered Nurse, Med/Surg at Adventist Health Hanford
  • As a new grad at Adventist Health Sonora, you become an expert in all types of patients’ diseases, processes, and scenarios. This is possible due to the organizational structure, where each floor has variability in patient population which fosters greater skill in both critical thinking and leadership at the bedside. You will have mentorship and professional role development during this valuable opportunity to optimize and enhance your readiness for practice.

~ Rene Calhoun, RN New Grad at Adventist Health Sonora
  • I have worked for Adventist Health's physical therapy department since graduating from PT school in 2009 and my experience has been great. The focus is on providing quality care and a quality experience for each and every patient in a team and collaborative environment. The encouragement and promotion of continuing education for the therapists shows the commitment the organization has in each of its employees to further their education and improve patient outcomes. One of the biggest compliments I can give is that I have never felt the need to look elsewhere for employment. I can honestly say that I enjoy coming to work for Adventist Health each and every day.

~ Adam Efird, Physical Therapist at Adventist Health Hanford
  • I truly enjoy working for Adventist Health. I completed an internship here 11 years ago and was so impressed with the level of mentorship, professionalism, and quality of care rendered by our therapists that I did not hesitate to take the position that was offered to me at the end of my clinical rotation. I feel blessed to work in a department full of such amazing individuals.

~ Araceli Trujillo, Physical Therapist at Lemoore Physical Therapy
